GetDiskSpace operates entirely on your local machine. All scanning, analysis, and cleanup operations happen locally. No data is ever sent to our servers or any third party.

When you activate a license, the app verifies your license key locally using cryptographic signatures. No internet connection is required for verification after initial activation.
GetDiskSpace does not include any analytics, telemetry, or crash reporting that transmits data externally. We do not track your usage patterns.
We use LemonSqueezy for payment processing. When you purchase a license, LemonSqueezy handles the transaction. Please review their privacy policy for details on how they handle payment information.

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and GetDiskSpace ("Licensor") for the GetDiskSpace application ("Software").
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on one (1) Mac computer that you own or control.
You may not:
The Software is licensed, not sold. Licensor retains all ownership rights, title, and interest in the Software, including all intellectual property rights.
Your license includes all future updates to the Software at no additional cost, for as long as the Software is actively developed.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. LICENSOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

You agree to use GetDiskSpace only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
You are solely responsible for any files you delete using GetDiskSpace. While we design the app to safely identify removable files, you should always review items before deletion. We recommend maintaining backups of important data.
All content, trademarks, and other intellectual property in GetDiskSpace are owned by us or our licensors. You may not use our branding without permission.
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
